Stress Relief: Symptoms and Treatment of Stress.

Post Traumatic Stress anxiety is a disease caused by traumatic events, where the latter patients experienced the event will return repeatedly. Several years later, experience life-threatening or serious injuries can affect patients. Fear, helplessness or horror feel to haunt the sufferer.

Traumatic events experienced by patients over and over again, usually as nightmares or flashbacks. The patient avoids things that remind him of such trauma. Sometimes new symptoms appear several months or even several years after the traumatic incident passed.

Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is characterized by repeated, disturbing memories of traumatic events that shook the soul.

* The event that threatens death or serious injury can cause great suffering and enduring.

* People affected can remember these events, having nightmares, and avoid anything that reminds them of the event.

* Treatment may include psychotherapy (supportive and doing therapy) and antidepressant drug administration.

Experiencing or seeing a traumatic event that threatens death or serious injury can affect a person long after the experience passed. Great fear, powerlessness, or a frightening experience during the traumatic event can haunt a person.

Events that can cause interference with post-traumatic stress include the following:

• In connection with the war.
• Experience or see physical violence or sex.
